CareLoop
Safety model

Helpful only when it stays accountable to the source.

CareLoop is designed to support comprehension of existing discharge instructions. It does not create clinical guidance, and it treats traceability as a product requirement—not a footnote.

Exact excerpts required

Every accepted action must cite exact text and valid line identifiers from the instructions you approved.

Numbers stay exact

Doses, times, frequencies, dates, and units must match the cited source. Changed clinical facts are rejected.

Ambiguity becomes a question

Missing or unclear details are surfaced for the care team instead of being filled in by the product.

Out of clinical scope

CareLoop does not diagnose, prescribe, recommend treatment, or replace the original document or a qualified professional.

The acceptance boundary

A generated sentence is not automatically a valid action.

  1. 1

The model proposes structured actions from the approved source lines.

  2. 2

CareLoop verifies every citation, excerpt, numeric value, unit, and grounded clinical term.

  3. 3

Unsupported or duplicate actions are rejected before a plan is shown.

  4. 4

If live extraction fails, the fallback preserves source wording rather than inventing a result.

Know the boundary

CareLoop can still miss information, misunderstand formatting, or fail to recognize personal details. Always keep and follow the original instructions. For urgent concerns or changing symptoms, contact the care team or emergency services appropriate to your location.
